Golf Registration

There are two options for pre-registration: register via mail or register online. Instructions for each option provided below: Note the last day to register is April 21, 2008
1) Register by Mail:

Print, fill out the short form and mail, along with your payment to the address on the flyer.

2) Register for golf securely online (preferred): NOTE: Though we use PayPal to securely process your credit card, setting up a PayPal Account is NOT required.

1 Player $180.00 ($105.00 is tax deductible)

Foursome $720.00 ($420.00 is tax deductible)

Dinner Only - Per person $50.00
