Community Pregnancy Clinic First Annual Golf

Join us on Monday, May 5th, 2008 at Moorpark Country Club in Moorpark,
California

We have reserved all 27 holes of this spectacular
course so that we can accommodate 216 players. The cost is $180.00 per
player which includes golf mulligans, tee prizes, driving range, cart,
BBQ-"At the Turn", special prize drawing and fabulous buffet dinner. |
|

|
To ensure a place in the tournament, please submit
in your completed registration as soon as possible. If you are
competing for net prizes, be sure to provide your handicap (maximum of
24), so that we can calculate the team handicaps before the day of the
tournament. |
|
|
|
 We will be using "Texas Scramble" format with a
shotgun start. There will be hole-in-one, longest drive, and closet to
the pin prizes as well as awards to the first three places, gross and
net. This fund raising event will help facilitate the expansion of the
Community Pregnancy Clinic into the new Moorpark office location. The
CPC provides life affirming pregnancy services as well as education
our youth about the devastating consequences of Sexually Transmitted
Diseases. |
"There will be a Silent Auction at the Golf
Tournament. Items will be displayed during the Banquet portion of the
tournament. We are also looking for donations to the Silent Auction.

& education to homeless
expectant & single mothers through a Christian
residential setting. |
